Good overall experience. Fine base for traveling to Grandview and exploring local places. Fine and warm rooms. I had a good experience at Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Kansas City in Grandview. It served as a great base for my travels in Grandview and exploring nearby attractions. The rooms were fine and provided a warm atmosphere.

Loved TV set with satellite channels and climate control in the room. All of the staff members were courteous and amicable. Absolutely perfect and good location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed.

Units with a missing bed. The location was marvellous close to several places to eat and the staff here was outstandingly accommodating.

The smell of cigarettes even when i choose a non-smoking room. That was really bad for the kids. The bathtub was all messed up and "breakfast" was gross.

They said that they have a pool and they did not..the hotel did not look like the pictures on line...I asked for our money back...

My room had a TV with satellite channels and a thermostat for adjusting the temperature. It also had its own bathroom. The staff here were really friendly and went out of their way to help. 😊

This place is located conveniently close to Longview Park and just a short 20-minute walk to The Bay Water Park.

I was able to pay cash and didn't have to use my credit card to reserve the room.
This motel was dirty and wore down. I felt dirtier after my shower than before I took one. There was no toilet paper- good thing I had baby wipes. The toilet was running water when we walked in the door and still running water when we left. The toilet would NOT flush at all...so yeah- pretty nasty by morning. The shower was in terrible condition with paint chips chipping off everywhere. There was scum build up all overy it. There was 2 adults checked into this room- was we supposed to share a towel and washcloth? We had ONE Towel and ONE washcloth. The bathroom sink did not have a hot water handle on the faucet- therefore we could only use the bath tub hot water.
